At a distance of 10,000 light years in the constellation Cassiopeia, this nebula goes by a few different names. Officially this supernova remnant is called CTB-1. But it is also called the popped balloon nebula and I've even seen it referred to as the garlic nebula. Whatever you want to call it, it is definitely the faintest object I've imaged. This image incorporates over 40 hours of exposure.
